Streaking over its prey, the mean looking robot is hell-bent destroying the city. Black body shimmering under hot sun the attack began with ferocious intensity.
Without a fighting chance, the quarry was destroyed utterly leaving broken pieces strewn over desert. With destruction complete, the destroyer left as it arrives: without warning.
Suddenly, booming voice echoed over scattered debris what was once great metropolis: "It's dinner time. Wash your hands now." Dropping like lifeless stone, the treacherous cyber robot lay motionless on ground; its mighty ally summoned by mother for supper.
According to a French proverb, "There are toys for all ages." Children and babies for that matter will remain children. The body grows but the child remains.
Although nature programmed the body to grow, never emotions. Toys will always be integral part of everyone. Whether you are one year baby or centenarian; you never stop cavorting with toys.
Clement Clarke Moore, The Reluctant Myth Maker, presumed author of 'A Visit from St. Nicholas', was right on dot when he said, "As men get older, the toys get more expensive." As long as you're happy it's toy for you.
A butcher will have cleaver set as toys, a racing driver will have his racing car as his toy, and musician will have his piano as his toy: the list never ends, the motive remains the same.
How old are babies? Answers vary greatly, but 1-3 years old are considered babies.
Here in the U.S., The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is given task monitor product safety, toys included. They have the power to recall or ban toys all together. Since toys are in every home, they have considerable undertaking to discharge.
Remember, babies, will not stay put without toys unless they are asleep. Toy manufacturing should be regulated and toy makers should continue police their own ranks responsibly to avoid dangers.
Over the years, baby rattles were popular. Teddy bears and rag dolls were in vogue. They are now consigned at the backgrounds.
Consequently, when first generation computers came out in the 50s, it was followed immediately eight years later by the first video games: invented by Physicist Willy Higinbotham .
Today babies' games are becoming unreasonably hard on a babies eyes. They vary from flash games to video games.
Recently, due to discovery of poisonous materials found in products originating from China (such as the presence of lead in paints used), The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) came out with some guidelines make sure these toys are safe for babies' use.
Prudence dictates, parents should have adequate knowledge about toxic toys. The Internet is good source.
Presumably, the occurrence of toy poisoning is greater in babies. It is their natural predilection of putting whatever they can hold on into their mouth. As responsible parents, safety should be the primary concern.
In buying toys, price should not be primary gauge; Chinese toys are temptingly cheap. And don't' be fooled by non-toxic labels. Adequate knowledge, remember?
Lesser and bigger component toys are safer: common sense. Toys with sharp edges or pointed tips should also be discouraged. To eliminate unwanted dangers, toys should be appropriate to user's age.
Toys made from natural materials like wood and bamboos are safer. Don't let your guard down; babies are not immune to accidents to indigenous products either. Deaths from toys made in USA are not uncommon.
Another common danger is strangulation. To eliminate possible accidents from happening, adult supervision should be present whenever possible.
Yuletide season saw designer dolls as popular as ever. They are slugging it out with robots, digital cameras, video games and several others for your money's worth. With the recent economic meltdown toys became cheaper.
A boom to the kids but still heavy to parent's pockets.
Toys will never go out of style; they disappear with trends however. Changing seasons are largely responsible. Christmas toys, give way to Easter toys, and then we have the summer toys, leading to Halloween toys.
Parents are hard pressed not buy toys for kids.
Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has its hands full. Dwindling budgets and personnel reduction has plagued effectiveness dealing with defective products. Ultimately, safety lies in our hands.
Parents should be very vigilant when it comes to well being of children, baby's most of all. We should take to ourselves defend our babies' well being. There's no other way to do it: none.
