I don't like it when woman say that we, men, can't cook. I also don't like when men, like myself, say that the kitchen is the woman's responsibility, and as far as we concern, they can barb-wire the place an call it they're kingdom. Sure, I myself could barley fix me an omelet with minimum damage to the stove, a couple of months ago. That doesn't mean it can't change, and if I could, so can you. It's really not that complicated, all you need is some motivation (usually comes with hunger), some ingredients, basic kitchen tools, and a plan (recipe!). You won't imagine what impact it will have, either cooking for yourself, or for your family, it feels great to taste something that you prepared yourself.





I started from easy meals, mostly dairy based, and later moved to more complex meat dishes. There is a vast selection of recipes you can find online, most are pretty simple to understand, and you should get the hang of it pretty quickly, the first step is the hardest. Once you found something that you might like online, and got the ingredients, everything else will just follow. You will be enjoying your handcraft in no time!

Personally, Cheese, is my favorite, I just love the fact that there are so many kinds and tastes. You can find cheese in a dessert, as well as in a main course meal. I finally decided to compile some cheese recipes from a few places I have been, and build a website.
